Beretta Super Exclusive MIX 30 CSI EV MC12FN5 PCB Ref. R10024731
The Beretta Super Exclusive MIX 30 CSI EV MC12FN5 PCB is a crucial component that controls the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. If it malfunctions, the boiler may fail to start, lock out, or operate erratically, and you might see the fault code 07: Temperature sensor interrupted. This board is compatible with several models, such as the Super Exclusive Mix 26 CSI EV, 30 CSI EV, and 35 CSI EV, among others. It should be replaced when these symptoms are detected or after an evident malfunction.

Can't see your model or have questions? The printed reference takes precedence. How to check it · Send us a photo via WhatsApp.
How to check if the part number R10024731 is the correct one for your boiler.
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference R10024731. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB R10024731 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The hot water sometimes comes out very hot and other times almost cold, without touching the thermostat.
Cause: In the Mix models, the PCB controls the motor of the mixing valve that regulates the outlet temperature; if it loses that control, the mixing is not adjusted correctly.
Before changing the PCB, check that the mixing valve motor rotates freely and is not jammed or disconnected.
- 02
The boiler heats well for heating, but does not provide domestic hot water, or vice versa.
Cause: The PCB distributes the commands between the two circuits of these mixed models; a fault can leave one of the two circuits without control.
Check that the demand for each circuit is arriving correctly (tap open, thermostat calling) to rule out that it is a setpoint issue and not a problem with the PCB.
- 03
The boiler does not light up any indicator and does not respond to the control, as if it were dead.
Cause: The PCB distributes power to all its circuits; if its input stage fails, the rest of the unit loses power.
Check the fuse on the PCB and the incoming mains power before replacing it.
- 04
The boiler locks up when trying to ignite the burner, even though the gas is arriving properly.
Cause: The PCB monitors the ignition sequence and cuts off the supply if it does not detect a flame, to prevent a greater risk.
Check the ignition/ionization electrode and its wiring before blaming the PCB; a dirty electrode can cause the same lockout.
Fault codes for Beretta that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| 07 | Interrupted temperature sensor. | The heating temperature sensor may be interrupted or short-circuited. If the PCB is faulty, it may not correctly detect the status of the sensor, which requires inspection by the Technical Assistance Service. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
