  The boiler tries to start, makes a clicking sound, and stops without igniting the burner.

  Cause: The PCB does not supply power correctly to the gas valve or the safety components; if the power supply fails, the valve does not open.

  Check if the gas valve is receiving power at its terminals when the boiler attempts to ignite, before replacing the PCB.

  The display lights up and shows symbols, but the boiler does not respond when adjusting the temperature.

  Cause: The power supply part may be functioning, but the microcontroller that processes the commands could be damaged.

  Perform a complete reset (cut the power for 1-2 minutes) and check if it responds afterwards: if it remains the same, it is likely to be the PCB.

  The boiler turns off by itself just as the fan or the pump starts, as if it were lacking power.

  Cause: If one of the transformers on the PCB is damaged, it may not be able to handle the load when several components start at the same time.

  Before changing the PCB, check for any buzzing or unusual heating in the area of the transformers after a while of operation.

  The boiler's indicators remain fixed, not following the normal startup sequence.

  Cause: A fault in the PCB prevents the ignition sequence from progressing, leaving the boiler stuck at an intermediate step.

  Make sure that the water pressure switch and the air pressure switch are not sending a lock signal that prevents the PCB from continuing.
