How to check if it is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.

Symptoms and faults that the PCB (control board) resolves

The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

• 01

  The boiler is completely unresponsive, with no lights or activity.

  Cause: If the boiler's electronics fail, the unit may remain inactive even though it receives power.

  First, check the main power supply and the fuses of the installation before considering the PCB as faulty.

• 02

  A fixed fault code appears that cannot be reset.

  Cause: The PCBs block the unit for safety when a fault is detected and require a reset.

  Try resetting from the remote control or cutting the power for a few seconds before replacing the component.

• 03

  The boiler operates intermittently, sometimes working well and other times it shuts off by itself.

  Cause: A specific fault in the electronics can cause irregular interruptions without following a specific pattern.

  Note at what point in the cycle it turns off; this helps to differentiate a PCB fault from a sensor fault.

• 04

  The remote control or the panel do not detect the boiler, or there is a communication failure.

  Cause: The boiler's electronics manage the communication between the panel, sensors, and components; a fault here interrupts that connection.

  Check the connectors and cables between the PCB and the rest of the boiler before replacing it due to a communication issue.
