Measure with the multimeter if 230V is reaching the input of the PCB; if there is voltage and it does not turn on, the problem is with the power supply of the board.

The boiler turns off by itself and takes a long time to restart, as if it needs to cool down.
Cause: The power module heats up and cuts the output until the temperature drops, leaving the PCB without power intermittently.
With the boiler unplugged, touch the area of the power module after a shutdown to see if it is warmer than usual.

It smells burnt near the electrical panel of the boiler.
Cause: A component of the power supply stage of the PCB has been damaged and is overheating.
If you notice a burnt smell, unplug the boiler and visually inspect the PCB for any dark marks before touching anything else.
