  The boiler does not turn on: there is no display, lights, or sound.

  Cause: The PCB does not receive or distribute power to the control circuits.

  Check the main fuse and measure with a multimeter that 230V is reaching the input of the PCB before replacing it.

  An error code appears on the display that persists after resetting the boiler.

  Cause: The PCB keeps the lock because it continues to detect the fault of the component it monitors.

  Note the exact code and first check the component indicated (sensor, pressure switch, electrode) before considering that the PCB is faulty.

• 03

  The boiler starts in manual mode but does not respond to the thermostat or the remote control.

  Cause: Problem in the part of the PCB that receives the heat demand signal.

  Check the wiring of the thermostat and try to directly bridge its terminals on the PCB before suspecting it.

• 04

  It works for a while and then turns off by itself, always after a similar period of use.

  Cause: Microcut on the PCB: a component fails when heated and recovers when cooled down.

  Time the cut if it always occurs at the same operating time; that pattern suggests that the problem is with the PCB more than with another cause.

  The pump or the burner does not start even though the boiler requests heat.

  Cause: The output relay of the PCB does not close the contact that provides power to that component.

  Measure with the multimeter if there is power at the pump or valve output when it should be activated, before replacing the PCB.
