The boiler is completely off, with no indicator lights and no response when pressing anything.
Cause: The PCB distributes power to the components; if its input fails, the unit will be without power.
Check that there is voltage to the boiler and inspect the internal fuse of the PCB before replacing it.

It repeatedly goes into fault (lockout) and cannot be reset, or the reset only lasts a few seconds.
Cause: The PCB monitors the safety signals (flame, pressure, temperature) and locks the boiler when it detects something abnormal.
Before changing the PCB, check that the sensors and the pressure switch are clean and properly connected; a reading fault there can also cause lockouts.

Cause: The PCB receives that demand and decides to start the burner; if it fails, the order is lost along the way.

Cause: The PCB controls the complete start-up sequence; a fault in the relays or in the ignition circuit interrupts the sequence before the flame ignites.
Check if there is a spark at the ignition electrode during the attempt, so as not to attribute the issue to the PCB when it could be a dirty or worn electrode.
