How to check if it is the part for your boiler
The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.
- Confirm that your boiler is a Baxi Platinum Duo 24 AIFM or 33 AIFM. If it is another model, please consult us before ordering it.
- Look for the Siemens label on your PCB. It should say LMU34.211D149. This PCB also includes S55405-C306-D149, 7684881.01B, and 230V~ 50Hz V03.01; if yours indicates a different version or code, please call us at 911 17 77 77 before ordering it.
- Look at the PCB: this board has BF27579SX on the front and 00009883B-200 on the back. Check that the Baxi reference of your board is 125569719.
- Note the code given by the boiler. The 151 (or 151E) points to the PCB; the 83 points to the wiring between the PCB and the operating unit. If the boiler is locked, press OK twice to reset it; if the code returns, have a technician diagnose it.
- Do not confuse it with other LMU34 PCBs from Baxi (5703660, 5691540) or with the AVS77 remote control (125568836).
- Have it installed by a qualified technician. If you have compatibility questions, call 911 17 77 77 with your boiler model and the reference of your PCB.

The boiler displays fault code 151 (or 151E).
Cause: Anomaly inside the PCB of the boiler.
Call an authorized technical service. Before declaring the PCB faulty, have them check the position of the ignition electrodes (see the boiler installation instructions).

The boiler shows fault code 83.
Cause: Communication failure between the boiler PCB and the control unit. The likely cause is a short circuit in the wiring.
Have a technician check the wiring between the PCB and the outdoor unit before replacing the PCB.
