Is it compatible with my Saunier Duval Master Twin 85 E?
Yes. Confirmation registered: this PCB for the Master Twin 85 E, with both units. The parts lists we have been able to read are for the Master Twin «L 85 E»; in the text we have read from them, the code 45.006.405-001 does not appear, and the list of («nomenclature 484») was only partially read. One category mentions «master twin 85», but we could only read it partially and it does not provide any part code; we cannot confirm if it is the same boiler as the 85 E. What is the difference between W4115B-1457 and W4115B1457B?
They are the designations marked on each of our units; our inventory also lists the second one as W4115B 1457B. Both carry the circuit code 45.006.405-001 and are confirmed for the Master Twin 85 E. No page we have read explains the final letter B, so we cannot say what changes. 3893460 0077, COMP-SIDE, and COMP-301E are only found in the unit W4115B1457B; we do not have that data for the W4115B-1457.
What fuses and components does it have?
The silkscreen marks FUSE4AF, FUSE315mAT, and FUSE125mAT. One unit has a fuse F3 of 3.15 A/T and another of 1.5 A, while the other has one of 4 A F and another of 1.25 A T. It has relays K1 to K4 and transformer TRF1. The W4115B-1457 also includes the integrated circuits LM324N and M27C512 (ST), but we do not have that information for the W4115B1457B. Read the value written on the fuse of your board before replacing it.
