  The heating circuit heats up when requesting hot water, or vice versa.

  Cause: The PCB is not properly switching the signal to the three-way valve.

  Check that the three-way valve moves freely and is not stuck before blaming the PCB.

  The flame rises and falls without reason, or stays at maximum.

  Cause: The PCB does not manage the flame modulation signal properly.

  Check if the problem occurs only in heating, only in domestic hot water, or in both; this helps to determine if it is the PCB or the gas valve.

  The room thermostat does not affect the boiler.

  Cause: The external demand input of the PCB does not read the signal.

  Directly bridge the two wires of the thermostat at the TA connector to see if the boiler starts without it.

• 04

  The boiler does not ignite and the display does not show any fault code.

  Cause: An internal fault of the PCB prevents the ignition cycle from starting.

  Check that power is reaching the boiler and that the main fuses of the installation have not tripped.

• 05

  It locks with different fault codes each time, with no clear relation between them.

  Cause: An intermittent fault in the PCB affects several functions at once.
