The pressure gauge reads zero even though I have filled the boiler and I can feel the water circulating.
Cause: If the needle does not show the actual pressure, it is because the internal mechanism of the manometer has lost its range, not because there is a lack of water in the circuit.
Bleed the radiators and refill until the usual cold pressure; if the needle remains at zero, the fault is in the pressure gauge itself.

The needle has gone to the maximum scale and does not drop even when I bleed the circuit.
Cause: A mechanism jammed by scale or dirt remains fixed at one end instead of following the actual pressure.
Gently tap the dial and check if the needle releases; if it doesn't budge, it's not a circuit pressure issue but rather a problem with the indicator.

I see a droplet of water coming out from underneath the pressure gauge.
Cause: The gasket or the connection fitting to the boiler degrades over time, and water finds a way out through there before reaching the measuring mechanism.
Dry the area, tighten the fitting carefully without forcing it, and check in a few hours if the moisture reappears before replacing the part.

I can't see anything on the dial, it's fogged up or seems broken inside.
Cause: The moisture that enters through a damaged joint ends up condensing inside the glass, making the indicator unreadable even though the mechanism works.
Check if the condensation disappears by drying the boiler with it turned off for a while; if it fogs up again, the pressure gauge's tightness is compromised.
