Junkers Bosch Temperature Manometer ZWE 24 2KDG 31 Ref. 87145000290
If you notice incorrect readings in the pressure or temperature of your boiler, you may need a Junkers Bosch ZWE 24 2KDG 31 temperature pressure gauge. This part measures and controls the pressure and temperature of the circuit, ensuring proper operation of the boiler. When it fails, it can cause lockouts due to false low pressure or poor temperature regulation. It is compatible with models such as the ZWE 24-2KDG and ZWE 24-2KDG 31, among others. It should be replaced when the readings are incorrect or if the boiler shows related operational issues.

Can't see your model or have questions? The printed reference takes precedence. How to check it · Send us a photo via WhatsApp.
How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the manometer resolves
The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The pressure gauge does not move, or it always shows the same reading even if you fill or empty the circuit a little.
Cause: the internal mechanism of the gauge gets stuck or breaks over time and stops tracking the actual water pressure
bleed a radiator or add some water with the filling key and see if the needle responds before declaring the part as faulty
- 02
There is a water leak right in the area where the part screws into the boiler.
Cause: the gasket or the body of this type of fitting cracks with the pressure and temperature cycles of the circuit
Dry the area well, tighten the fitting carefully, and check again when cold and hot to confirm that the leak is coming from there and not from a nearby hose.
- 03
The boiler shuts off the burner or locks out when the water is not very hot yet.
Cause: if the part acts as a limit thermostat, a contact that has lost calibration may trigger prematurely
Measure the actual temperature of the pipe at that point with a contact thermometer when the cut-off occurs, before replacing the part.
- 04
The circulator does not start or stop according to the water temperature, and some radiators remain cold.
Cause: if this part controls the pump start based on temperature, a corroded internal contact prevents it from giving the command
check the continuity of the contact in cold and hot with a multimeter before replacing the part
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
