Pressure Gauge Set Drain Key Fagor FE 25 NOx

Pressure Gauge Set Drain Key Fagor FE 25 NOx

Stock · 3 units

The pressure gauge set for the Fagor FE 25 NOX boiler is a device that measures and controls the pressure of the boiler circuit. When this part fails, you may notice incorrect readings, which can cause the boiler to lock out due to a false low pressure or not regulate the temperature properly. This pressure gauge is compatible with models such as the NOX/1 B, NOX/1 N, and the FE25NOX, among others. It is recommended to replace it if you observe issues with the readings or the operation of the boiler.

Guide

How to check if it is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the manometer resolves

The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The needle of the pressure gauge does not move; it remains stuck at a fixed value no matter what happens.

Cause: The internal mechanism of the manometer deforms with pressure; if it gets stuck or breaks, the needle remains fixed even if the actual pressure changes.

Bleed a radiator or briefly open the filling valve to force a real pressure change and see if the needle reacts before replacing the pressure gauge.

  • 02

The reading on the manometer does not match what it should: it shows very high or very low compared to what is usual in your boiler.

Cause: A miscalibrated pressure gauge or one with a damaged mechanism gives incorrect readings even if the actual pressure of the system is correct.

If you have another reference point, compare readings before assuming that the installation has a real pressure problem.

  • 03

There is humidity, mist, or water droplets inside the glass of the pressure gauge itself.

Cause: If the internal gasket of the manometer fails, moisture from the circuit can enter and fog the reading.

Check that there is no water leak near the pressure gauge that is wetting the area from the outside before declaring the part damaged internally.

  • 04

The pressure gauge is broken or cracked on the outside, or the needle has come off its axis.

Cause: A sudden impact or a momentary overpressure can crack the glass or dislodge the needle from its mechanism, and from that point on, the reading is no longer reliable.

Before purchasing, measure the thread diameter and check the scale (bar) of your current pressure gauge to avoid ordering one that doesn't fit or doesn't read the range you need.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions about the pressure gauge

What pressure scale does the manometer compatible with the FE-25 NOX/1 B indicate?
In the photos, it reads 0-4 bar / 0-50 psi; in another image, a different approximate scale appears, so it's advisable to check the one for your part.
Does this manometer work for the FE-25 NOX/1 N?
Yes, it is on the list of compatible boilers along with FE-25 NOX/1 B and FE25NOX.
