Do not assume that it is. The 65116908-03 is a 5M PWM TACO pump from the Clas One range with a different order code: we do not consider it equivalent without comparing the printed codes. The Wilo 65104319 and the Yonos 60002375 are other pumps. The Yonos is used in 30 kW models. Compare the printed code of your pump.

Where can I see the modulation percentage of the pump in my boiler?
The data menu of the Clas One includes the service parameter "% Pump Modulation" (code 8 2 7), with the percentage of pump modulation.
Is it normal for the pump to start on its own for a few minutes?
It could be the antifreeze protection of the Clas One. If the supply temperature drops below 8 °C, the pump starts for 2 minutes. If it drops below 4 °C, the burner ignites.
