Check that the model is UPS15-50 J1 CIAO and that the P/N is 59725003. Also, look at the code 27.001.01 under the Grundfos logo and the PC 0707R1.
Check the table on the label for the three speeds: 45, 70, and 95 W, with 0.21, 0.32, and 0.42 A. It should also indicate 230 V, 50 Hz, and 2 µF.

Cause: Rotor seized due to limescale.
With the boiler powered off, check if the shaft rotates.

It is leaking water from the pump.
Cause: Seals of the connections in poor condition, or leak in the body or in the motor.
Check the seals of the connections. If the leak comes from the body or the motor, the pump needs to be replaced.

The boiler locks out due to overheating.
Cause: The water is not circulating through the circuit.
Confirm that the pump is running and that there is no air in the circuit.
