How to check if it is the part for your boiler

The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.

1. Check the label on your pump motor: it should have the Roca brand and type L0600499 or number 70.075.01.
2. Check the electrical data: 230 V, 50 Hz, 52 W, 0.23 A and capacitor of 1.7 µF. If your pump is 60 Hz, it is a different one.
3. Compare the shape with the photos: this unit is a pump with a pressure gauge from 0 to 4 bar mounted on a black plastic manifold with several connections. Check if your part is just the pump or if it also includes the manifold.
4. Check the model on your boiler's PCB. If it is a Baxi Roca Neobit 24/24F, this pump is compatible.
5. If your boiler is different, send us a photo of your pump label and the boiler's PCB from the Contact section, or call 911 17 77 77, and we will confirm if it is your spare part.

Symptoms that require diagnosis in the circulation pump

The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

• 01

  The radiators do not heat up even though the boiler turns on.

  Cause: The pump is not circulating the water: it is not turning or there is air in the circuit.

  Check that the pump is running and bleed the air from the circuit.

• 02

  Noise or vibrations when starting the heating.

  Cause: Air in the circuit or inadequate water pressure.

  Bleed the circuit and check the pressure on the manometer.

• 03

  The pump hums but does not rotate after a long stop.

  Cause: The rotor may be stuck.

  Have a qualified technician check the pump.

• 04

  It leaks water from the pump or its connections.

  Cause: Damaged joints or connections.

  Check the seals and connections.

• 05

  The boiler locks out due to lack of circulation.

  Cause: The pump does not start or its capacitor does not work.

  Check that the pump starts and inspect its capacitor (1.7 µF).
