How to check if it is the part for your boiler
The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.
- Locate the label on your pump motor. It should say NBL43-15 C. Pay attention to the final letter of the model.
- Compare the numbers on the label with those of this pump: 4510002, 4506614, and 320763622.
- Compare the data: 1~230 V, 50 Hz, speeds of 40, 60, and 88 W, 0.38 A, and capacitor of 2.6 µF · 400 V.
- Check the exact model on your boiler's label: Victoria 20, 20/20, 20/20F, or 20/20T.

Symptoms that require diagnosis in the circulation pump
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The radiators remain cold or lukewarm.
Cause: Little or no water circulation in the heating circuit.
Check that the pump is running when the boiler requests heating and that the circuit pressure is normal.
- 02
The pump is buzzing, but it doesn't start.
Cause: The rotor may be stuck due to limescale or because it has been idle for a while.
Have it checked by a qualified technician.
- 03
Noise or vibrations in the boiler
Cause: Air in the circuit or wear of the pump.
Bleed the system. If the noise persists, check the pump.

It is leaking water from the pump.
Cause: Seals or fittings in poor condition, or a leak from the body or the motor.
Check joints and fittings. If it leaks from the body or the motor, the pump needs to be replaced.
- 05
The boiler shuts down due to excessive temperature.
Cause: Without circulation, the water overheats and the boiler locks out for safety.
Check that the pump starts when the boiler requests heating.
