How to check if it is the part for your boiler
The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.
- Check the label on your pump: it should say Grundfos UPS15-50 A0 HB L, with the number 59905503.
- Check that the pump has 3 speeds and that the label data matches: 45/70/95 W, 0.20/0.31/0.42 A, 230 V · 50 Hz, and a capacitor of 2.5 µF.
- Look for the PC code marked on the motor label: in this pump it is 1524IM.
- Check the model of your boiler on its rating plate. This pump is compatible with the Immergas Eolo Eco 24.
- Compare the connections of the hydraulic body with those of your pump before ordering the spare part.

Symptoms that require diagnosis in the circulation pump
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The radiators remain cold even though the boiler turns on.
Cause: The water does not circulate well: the pump does not start or the circuit has low pressure.
Check that the pump starts when requesting heating, at what speed it is, and that the circuit has pressure.
- 02
The pump makes noise or vibrates.
Cause: Air in the circuit or wear of the rotor or bearings.
Bleed the air: loosen the front plug with the motor running and tighten it again. If the noise persists, check the rotor and the bearings.

The pump does not start after the summer.
Cause: Shaft locked after a long period of inactivity.
With the boiler powered off, check if the shaft rotates. If it is blocked, remove the front cap and turn it with a screwdriver.
- 04
It is leaking water from the pump.
Cause: Seals of the connections in poor condition or leakage in the body or in the motor.
Check the seals of the connections. If the leak comes from the body or the motor, the pump needs to be replaced.
- 05
The boiler locks out due to overheating.
Cause: Insufficient water circulation.
Check that the pump is rotating and that there is no air in the circuit.
