How to check if it is the part for your boiler
The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.
- Mira la etiqueta del motor. Debe poner Immergas y Grundfos, el tipo UPS15-50 J1 CIAO y el P/N 59725011.
- Comprueba los datos eléctricos de la etiqueta: 230 V, 50 Hz, 2 µF y tres velocidades de 45 W (0,21 A), 70 W (0,32 A) y 95 W (0,42 A). Si tu bomba da otras cifras, no es esta.
- Evita confundirla con otras UPS15-50. Si tu bomba lleva la referencia 20002906 (A0 B/BC), es otra versión.
- Mira la placa de tu caldera. Si es una Immergas Eolo Star 23, la bomba es compatible. Si es otro modelo, consúltanos antes de comprar.
- Si tienes el despiece de tu caldera, anota el código Immergas del circulador y envíanoslo para confirmarte si es esta bomba.
- Antes de cambiarla, descarta aire en el circuito, falta de presión o un rotor agarrotado. La instalación debe hacerla un técnico cualificado.

The pump hums but does not rotate.
Cause: El rotor puede estar agarrotado, sobre todo tras un periodo sin usar la calefacción.
Consult us before changing the pump.

Ruido metálico o vibración al pedir calefacción.
Cause: Aire o poca presión en el circuito.
Check the pressure gauge of the boiler and bleed the circuit.

La caldera se para por sobrecalentamiento.
Cause: Falta de circulación de agua por el circuito.
Check that the pump starts and that there is no air in the circuit.
