How to check if it is the part for your boiler
The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.
- Look at the label on your pump motor: it should say Grundfos UPS 15-50 AO 130 and P/N 59895542, with the Immergas brand. Next to the P/N, PC 0550 is marked.
- Compare the label data: 230 V, 50 Hz, 2 µF, IP44, class H, TF95 and 6 bar max. Powers of 45, 70 and 95 W (0.21 / 0.32 / 0.42 A).
- Check the label on your boiler for the model and power. This pump is for the Eolo Star 23 kW. The 24 kW models on the incompatible list use a different pump.
- Check the appearance of the body: black, with a brass piece on the top and a marked arrow. Measure the distance between the mouths of your pump before purchasing.

Symptoms that require diagnosis in the circulation pump
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults

Cold radiators even though the burner is on.
Check that the pump is running and that the boiler has pressure.
- 02
Noise or buzzing when requesting heating.
Cause: Air in the circuit or rotor that is rubbing.
Bleed the radiators and check the pump.
- 03
The pump hums but does not rotate after the summer.
Cause: Stuck rotor due to scale or dirt.
Have it checked by a qualified technician.
- 04
It is leaking water from the pump.
Check the seals of the connections and the body of the pump.
- 05
The boiler locks out or shuts down due to overheating.
Cause: There may be a lack of water circulation.
Check that the pump is working and that there are no closed valves.
