How to check if it is the part for your boiler
The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.
- Look at the motor plate of your pump: it should say IMMERGAS and Type 3NK/43-1A-F.
- Check the code of the PCB: Cod. 1.020573. The number 650041 is also marked on the pump.
- Compare the data on the PCB: 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.23 A, 52 W, 1.7 µF, Max. 6 bar, TF 95, IP 44, and class H.
- If your pump is a 15-50 with the code 1.015561 or 1.024171, or a replacement kit, this is not the Askoll.
- Before replacing it, rule out other causes: installation pressure (in the Extra Intra Star 93A, between 1 and 1.2 bar), air in the circuit, and closed valves.

Symptoms that require diagnosis in the circulation pump
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The radiators remain cold even though the boiler turns on.
Cause: The pump is not moving the water: it may not start, be blocked, or there may be air or low pressure in the circuit.
Check that the pump starts when requesting heating and that the pressure is between 1 and 1.2 bar on the Extra Intra Star 93A.
- 02
The pump makes noise or vibrates.
Cause: Air in the circuit or wear of the rotor or bearings.
Bleed the air. If the noise persists, the rotor or the bearings may be worn out.

It doesn't start after the summer.
Cause: Stuck rotor, for example due to accumulated scale.
With the boiler powered off, check if the shaft rotates.
- 04
It is leaking water from the pump.
Cause: Joint of the connections in poor condition or leak in the body or in the motor.
Check the seals. If the leak comes from the body or the motor, the pump needs to be replaced.
- 05
The boiler locks due to overheating (fault code 27 in the Extra Intra Star 93A).
Cause: The water does not circulate enough: circulator blocked, valve closed in the installation, or air in the circuit.
Confirm that the pump is running, that the circuit valves are open, and that you have bled the air.
