How to check if it is the part for your boiler

The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.

Read the label on your pump motor: it should say "Yonos PARA", model SD15/6B PWM1 W MC and reference 4527535, with 3-41 W, 0.36 A and 1~230 V.
Look at the second label on the gray electronic module: it should say "Yonos FOR PWM1" and, along with the other codes, 0020199706 and 495877. Some codes on the labels may vary from one unit to another; compare the model, reference 4527535, and the PWM1 control.
Check that the control is PWM1 and not iPWM1, and compare the electrical connector and the hydraulic assembly with the photos on this page.
In the Thema Condens AS 30-A (H-ES), point d.15 of the diagnostic menu indicates what percentage of PWM the PCB requests from the pump. Check it along with the pump rotation and the air in the circuit if fault code F.20 appears.

The boiler is locking and displaying F.20 (Thema Condens AS 30-A (H-ES))
Cause: Safety disconnection due to the temperature limiter. Possible causes include a blocked pump and air in the circuit.
Check that the pump is rotating and bleed the air from the circuit before replacing it. Point d.15 of the diagnostic menu shows the PWM percentage that the PCB requests from the pump.

Where is the code for this pump and what does each one mean?

The motor label carries the model Yonos PARA SD15/6B PWM1 W MC and the reference 4527535: this is the one you should compare. On the gray electronic module, there is a second label with "Yonos PARA PWM1" and the codes 90 1640, 0020199706, 495877, and 060161 T4. The motor plate also indicates 16W40 and 1622792, and a coupled component marks 0020201781. We do not assign meaning to these codes, and they may vary from one unit to another. What identifies the pump is the model, the reference 4527535, and the PWM1 control.

Is it compatible with my Saunier Duval Semia Condens 30-A, Thema Condens AS 30-A (H-ES) or Thema Condens 25-A (H-ES) R2?

The same applies to 0020207133: it is a pump part from Saunier Duval with a different code and we do not consider it equivalent. Compare the marking before ordering it and, if in doubt, call us at 911 17 77 77.

Who should install it and what should be taken into account?

A qualified technician: works at 230 V and is in the water circuit. The disassembly procedure depends on your boiler: follow its manual. In the Thema Condens AS 30-A (H-ES), if the installation has a hydraulic deviation, it is advisable to deactivate the speed regulation and set a value in d.14.
