How to check if it is the part for your boiler
The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.
- First, check that the fault is with the pump: circuit valves open, circuit bled, correct pressure, and pump powered.
- Check the motor cover. It should say Grundfos UPM3 15-75 CHB WO, the Wolf brand, and High Efficiency.
- Check the reference of your spare part. This is 207216499. If yours has a different code, for example a 7-digit Wolf code like 2074705, please consult us before ordering.
- Check the label on your boiler. The model should be Wolf FGB-K-28, FGB-35, or KGB-K-35. If it is another model, please consult us.
- Compare the motor and the hydraulic body with the photos. Check that your pump has the same two electrical connectors.
- If something does not match or your model is not on the list, send us a photo of the boiler's PCB and the pump's label from the Contact section, or call 911 17 77 77.
Symptoms that require diagnosis in the circulation pump
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The radiators do not heat up even though the boiler turns on.
Cause: Closed circuit valves or pump that won't start.
Check that the circuit valves are open and that the pump starts.
- 02
Noise or vibration in the pump.
Cause: Air in the heating circuit.
Bleed the air from the radiators and the boiler before changing the pump.
- 03
The pump does not start after a long stop.
Cause: Rotor seized due to scale or sludge.
Check if the rotor is blocked by scale or sludge.
- 04
Water leaks in the pump body.
Cause: Fault in the seals or in the connection nuts.
Check the seals and connection nuts.
- 05
The boiler locks out due to lack of circulation.
Cause: Incorrect pressure in the circuit or pump without power supply.
Check the pressure of the circuit and the power supply of the pump.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.

- Do not confuse with 2074705: Wolf reference for a Grundfos UPM3 15-75 pump. We do not consider it equivalent to 207216499 (CHB WO). If your pump has this code, please consult us before ordering.

- Do not confuse with 207214210570139333: Printed number under the Wolf brand on the cover. It is the serial number of the unit, not the spare part reference.
