How to check if it is the part for your boiler
The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.
- Check the label of the pump: it should say Wilo Yonos PARA NFSL12/6B-PWM1 W MC and the pump code 4527883.
- Check the reference of the assembly 4022.3080.82. The 1706109 is an additional marked code and the 17W08 is the date/batch code.
- The BI1672100 is not on the label. Don't rely solely on the name "NFSL 12/6": there are similar pumps with different codes (4520922, 6281894, 2126554004).

The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults

The boiler turns on but the radiators do not heat up.
Cause: To confirm: this pump is described as water not circulating with the boiler on. A technician must check that the cause is the pump before replacing it.

The boiler locks out due to excessive heat (Er02).
Cause: Safety thermostat triggered by overheating. It may be due to lack of circulation, air in the system, or the supply sensor.
Have a technician check: the pump, the air, and the flow sensor.

The boiler does not start and shows Er04 with low pressure.
Cause: Insufficient pressure in the installation, or lack of circulation from the pump.
Fill up to 1-1.5 bar when cold and check for leaks. If it happens again, have a technician check it.

The boiler is blocking with Er04 or Er14 and the heating is not heating much.
Cause: Low pressure in the circuit or lack of circulation. The pump may also fail.
Check the circuit pressure (between 1 and 1.5 bar) and refill it if it's low. If the pressure is correct and water is not circulating, have a technician check it.
