Guide

How to check if ref. 05732500 is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 05732500. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the circulator pump 05732500 resolves.

The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The boiler turns on and works, but the heating does not heat properly.

Cause: The pump does not move the hot water with enough force, so it does not reach the heating circuit as it should.

Check that the pump is not set to the minimum speed if it has a selector, and make sure that the shut-off valves of the installation are fully open.

  • 02

Noise or vibration that is noticeable when touching the body of the pump.

Cause: This could be due to trapped air in the rotor or wear in the motor.

Open the manual bleeder of the pump and check if air comes out before clean water starts to flow.

  • 03

There is still air in the circuit even after bleeding the radiators.

Cause: The pump bleeder is not properly expelling the accumulated air at the highest point of the circuit.

With the pump running, loosen the bleed screw for a few seconds and check if air comes out or if it just drips water.

  • 04

There is water accumulated under the pump, in the area of the shaft or the bleed valve.

Cause: The problem could be the shaft seal or the bleed valve gasket, and it is important to identify which one is the cause.

Dry the area, turn on the boiler, and observe from which exact point the moisture reappears.

  • 05

The pump does not start after the summer shutdown, it remains silent or just hums.

Cause: The rotor may have become stuck due to not having rotated for months.

Try to manually release the shaft with a screwdriver on the front screw before considering its replacement.

CodeFaultDiagnosis and solution
11Pump blockedThe circulating pump with bleeder (Ref. 05732500) is seized/stuck or filled with air, preventing circulation; the electronics detect the pump blockage and display 11. Check for the presence of 230 V in the pump and that the rotor spins/consumes; attempt to unblock using the front screw and bleed through the automatic bleeder.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
