Wilo Circulating Pump 4504674 For Wiesberg RSSE 24
Circulating pump for Wiesberg boilers RSN 24, RSNE 24, RSS 24, and RSSE 24. Manufactured by Wilo, reference 4504674. It operates at 230 V 50 Hz, with three speeds (2200, 1200, and 1450 min-1), IP42 protection, and insulation class F. It is replaced when the boiler does not heat properly, the pump makes noise, or the heating water does not circulate.
Compatible Wiesberg boilers
Circulating pump. Four confirmed compatibilities: RSN 24 and RSNE 24.

How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the circulation pump resolves
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler takes a long time to heat up or the radiators do not heat properly.
Cause: If the pump does not move enough water, the heat remains in the boiler and is not distributed properly.
Make sure that all the keys and valves in the circuit are open before considering that the pump is the problem.
- 02
There is noise or vibration coming from the pump while it is operating.
Cause: Air in the circuit or low pressure can cause cavitation and that noise in the pump.
Bleed the radiators and measure the pressure on the manometer before changing the pump.
- 03
The heating circuit does not circulate hot water even though the boiler is on.
Cause: If the pump is stopped or not spinning properly, the hot water does not flow from the heat exchanger to the radiators.
Listen for any noise from the pump when turning on the heating; if it doesn't make a sound, it may be blocked.
- 04
The pump is blocked or does not start, especially after being idle for a long time.
Cause: The accumulated scale during the shutdown can block the impeller, and the motor cannot move it.
With the boiler cold, try to manually free the shaft through the bleed slot before replacing the pump.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
