Wilo Circulating Pump for Ariston Egis NOx 24 FF Ref. 65110944
The Wilo circulator pump for Ariston Egis NOX 24 FF is responsible for moving water through the heating circuit. When it fails, you may notice cold radiators, strange noises, overheating, or blockages due to lack of circulation. This pump is compatible with models such as Ariston Egis NOX 24 FF, Ariston Egis NOX 28 FF, Chaffoteaux Pigma NOX 24 FF, and Pigma NOX 28 FF, among others. It is advisable to replace it when you experience symptoms of lack of circulation, such as fault codes E04 or E14.

How to check if ref. 65110944 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 65110944. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the circulator pump 65110944 resolves.
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The radiators are cold or lukewarm even though the boiler turns on and the burner operates normally.
Cause: The pump is not circulating the water through the system, and the generated heat is not reaching the radiators.
Place your hand on the pump body and check if it vibrates or hums when the heating starts, indicating that it is trying to turn but cannot.
- 02
The pump makes a buzzing or whistling noise but does not start.
Cause: The rotor is seized, usually due to sediment or lime buildup after a period of inactivity.
With the boiler turned off and cold, try to unlock the shaft with a flathead screwdriver in the front slot of the rotor before replacing the entire pump.
- 03
The pump has been working fine for months, and suddenly it won't start when resuming heating after the summer.
Cause: Without circulation for months, lime and circuit residues deposit and seize the rotor shaft.
Before the cold season, manually force the pump to rotate from the front rotor screw to ensure it spins freely.
- 04
Moisture or water dripping appears around the pump body, in the area where it connects to the motor.
Cause: The mechanical shaft seal has worn out and no longer retains the water in the circuit.
Dry the area thoroughly and check again after a while of operation to confirm whether the leak is continuous and not just occasional condensation.
Fault codes for Ariston that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| E04 | Lack of pump circulation or insufficient pressure in the installation. | If the pump 65110944 is blocked/faulty, there is no flow in the primary circuit and the PCB detects a lack of circulation; first check that the pressure is ~1–1.5 bar and then power the pump, check rotation/consumption and unblock it via the front cap. |
| E14 | Lack of circulation (high thermal gradient). | A pump 65110944 without flow causes a rapid increase in the ΔT in the primary; the electronics interpret a gradient >2 K/s and lock with E14. To verify, bleed the circuit, measure the ΔT flow/return, and check the voltage and effective rotation of the pump. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
