Guide

How to check if it is the part for your boiler

The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.

  1. Check the label on the pump: it should say Grundfos UPER 20-60 N1 130 and P/N 59516527.
  2. Check the electrical data: 230 V, 85 W, and 0.38 A maximum, and capacitor of 2.5 µF.
  3. If your pump has a Wolf code (for example, 8611193), write it down.
  4. If your boiler is the Wolf CQB-K40-36, it has already been confirmed. For another boiler, please send us a photo of the pump label and the boiler's control board from the Contact section.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms that require diagnosis in the wolf

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The radiators do not heat up even though the boiler turns on.

Cause: Check that the circuit switches are open and that the pump is running.

  • 02

Noise or vibration in the pump.

Cause: Bleed the air from the radiators and boiler. If it continues, the pump may be worn out.

  • 03

The rotor gets stuck after a long stop.

Cause: If the pump hums but does not rotate, the shaft may be blocked by scale or sludge.

  • 04

Water leaks in the pump body.

Cause: Check the seals and connection nuts.

  • 05

The boiler locks out due to lack of circulation.

Cause: Check the pressure of the circuit and that the pump is receiving voltage.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.

CGB-K-40-35: the Wolf2021 table p.195 includes 8611193, but retains the description "for CGB-35"; verify the breakdown and specific execution before assigning it. "CQB-K40-36" from the warehouse is not identified. Do not extend to CGB-50 or infer equivalence with other replacement pumps.
Registered equivalents and substitutions
Before purchasing
  • To confirm: Wolf CGB-35 — Official Wolf parts list + they provide the pump 8611193 for it; only 1 associates it with a Grundfos of 130 mm, without mentioning the UPER 20-60 N1 130.
  • To confirm: Wolf CGB-K40-35 — Official Wolf parts list (pos. 0210) gives the pump 8611193; Not confirmed: this boiler with the UPER 20-60 N1 130 (second-hand mentions the UPER, without boiler)
  • Not compatible or excluded by default: Wolf CGB-50 — Official Wolf parts list: it uses pump 8611194, not 8611193.
  • Do not confuse: 8616283 — High efficiency Wolf pump with parameter connector, which as a replacement for 8611193 (from other numbers of the CGB (K) 35-50) — It is another pump: we do not know if it fits the same way.
  • Do not confuse: UPS 20-60 130 (59516500 · 96281472) — Grundfos from the UPS series — Another model, although the name is similar.
  • Do not confuse: 8611194 — Heating circulation pump for the Wolf CGB-50 (pos. 0220 of the official parts list) — It is another pump: the official parts list separates 8611193 (CGB-35) from 8611194 (CGB-50)
  • To confirm: The official parts lists from Wolf do not mention Grundfos or the P/N 59516527. The Slovakian source lists 8611193 as the Grundfos pump for the CGB 35 with 130 mm between connections, without mentioning the UPER 20-60 N1 130.
  • Registered confirmation: the pump, its data, and the boiler CQB-K40-36. External sources: the official breakdowns from Wolf list 8611193 as the pump for the CGB-35 and CGB-K40-35, and for the CGB-35; no open page links it to the UPER 20-60 N1 130 by name (one associates it with a Grundfos of 130 mm) nor mentions P/N 59516527 or the CQB-K40-36.
Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions: wolf

Is it compatible with my Wolf CQB-K40-36?
Yes. Confirmation registered: this pump for the Wolf CQB-K40-36 boiler. Without any additional external confirmation that we have read naming that boiler or the P/N 59516527: the confirmation is that. If your boiler is different, please send us a photo of your boiler's plate and the label of your pump from Contact.
What is its Wolf code?
To confirm: The official parts lists from Wolf (CGB-35 and CGB-K40-35) list the heating pump with the code 8611193 (pos. 0210), but do not mention Grundfos or the P/N 59516527. The Slovakian source lists 8611193 as the Grundfos pump for the CGB 35, with 130 mm between connections, without mentioning the UPER 20-60 N1 130. The label carries the P/N 59516527 and the marked code 207034714420339333.
Can I install the 8616283 in its place?
It is registered as a substitute for the 8611193 (and for the 8611194 of the CGB-50) for the CGB (K) 35-50, and as a new number only for the CGB-35. It is another pump, high efficiency and with a parameter connector, different from this Grundfos UPER 20-60 N1 130. We do not have data to confirm that it fits the same: compare measurements, connections, and wiring with your technician.
Is it compatible with the Wolf CGB-35, CGB-K40-35, or CGB-50?
For the CGB-35 and the CGB-K40-35, there is an indication, not a confirmation: their official parts lists from Wolf list 8611193 as the heating pump for the CGB-35; only one associates it with a Grundfos of 130 mm, without mentioning the UPER. For the CGB-50, the official parts list provides another pump, 8611194. Send us a photo of your boiler's label and your pump's label from Contact, or call 911 17 77 77.
What is the 2070347 of the marked code?
The first seven digits of the code marked on the label (2070347). The official breakdown from Wolf for the CGB-35 lists it as flat gasket D 37.5X27X2; in the CGB-K40-35 breakdown, it appears after the pump 8611193 without a part name: it is not confirmed. It is recorded as a number replaced by the pump 8616283. They do not match: we do not consider it as the pump code.
Is it the same as a UPS 20-60 130?
No. The Grundfos UPS 20-60 130 (59516500) is another model. Compare the full name and the P/N on your label.
