Junkers Euromaxx ZWC24-1MF2A23 Extractor Fime Ref. 87167711010
FIME extractor for Junkers Euromaxx and Cerastar boilers, with the manufacturer embossed on the casing itself. Operates at 230-240V, 50Hz, and 38W, with CE marking. It is replaced when there is a flue gas evacuation failure, excessive noise, or the boiler locks due to draft failure.

How to check if ref. 87167711010 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 87167711010. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the extractor 87167711010 resolves.
The extractor evacuates the combustion gases with forced draft. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not ignite and shows an error related to the flue or the pressure switch.
Cause: The extractor does not create the necessary depression for the flue pressure switch to close the start contact.
Check that the silicone tubes of the flue pressure switch are not loose, cracked, or blocked before considering that the extractor is faulty.
- 02
The extractor makes a metallic rubbing noise or vibrates when it rotates.
Cause: The impeller may be dirty or the bearing may have worn out due to continuous use.
Turn the impeller by hand with the boiler off; if you feel rubbing or imbalance, check for visible soot that needs to be cleaned.
- 03
The boiler ignites but locks out after a few seconds with an evacuation fault code.
Cause: An extractor that loses power does not maintain the flow required for safety, and the control unit cuts off the gas.
Check that power is reaching the connector of the fan when the boiler attempts to start, to rule out a wiring or PCB issue.
- 04
The extractor does not start at all when trying to turn it on.
Cause: The motor may be burned out or, if it has a start capacitor, it may be faulty.
Check if there is power to the extractor at the moment of the ignition attempt; if there is power and it does not respond, the motor is confirmed to be faulty.
Fault codes from Junkers that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| C7 | No fan speed signal. | The extractor (Fime fan) does not rotate or does not deliver the tachometric signal to the Heatronic; check the power supply to the motor and the presence of rpm pulses at its connector, as well as the fan's integrated wiring/sensor. |
| C6 | The pressure switch does not close. | If the extractor does not generate sufficient depression/draught, the air pressure switch does not switch; check that the fan starts and moves flow, measure depression with a manometer and inspect the tubes to the pressure switch and the fan/wiring itself. |
| C1 | The pressure switch has activated during operation. | Drop in flow/draft due to low revolutions or intermittent extractor fault causes the pressure switch to open during operation; verify fan rpm/consumption and speed signal, and check pressure in the pressure switch while operating. |
| CA | Turbine revolutions too high. | Anomaly in the extractor control or erroneous reading of its tachometric signal; check the speed sensor/fan wiring and ensure the measured rpm (service menu or tachometer) do not exceed the specified range. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
