How to check if ref. 125151 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 125151. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the filling valve 125151 resolves.
The filling valve allows water to refill the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The control is broken or cracked, and you cannot grip it to turn the key.
Cause: The plastic of the remote deteriorates with heat and use, and it cracks in the grip area.
Check if the metal shaft of the knob, underneath the control, is still intact: if the shaft is fine, you only need to replace the control.
- 02
The control knob turns but does not open or close the water flow, and the pressure does not increase when moving it.
Cause: The control has become uncoupled from the internal shaft and rotates without engaging the key.
Check if the control fits well on the shaft or if there is play when pushing it: play indicates that it has come loose.
- 03
The control has come out of its place and is loose in hand.
Cause: The clip or tab that holds the control to the shaft has broken or lost its adjustment.
Check if the shaft has the notches or the hexagon where the control fits before ordering a new one.
- 04
When turning the knob to restore pressure, water leaks from the area of the valve.
Cause: A damaged control requires forcing the valve, which can compromise the sealing of the body.
Shut off the main water supply and check if the leak is coming from the body of the valve or just from around the control.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
