Main PCB Bertelli & Partners Immergas Victrix 26 kW Ref. 036495
Main PCB for Immergas Victrix boilers, manufactured by Bertelli & Partners (B&P), code DIM572-1N02. It operates at 230V/50Hz, with CE registration 51BN2289 and a F1 fuse of 3.15AF at a maximum of 250V. This is the board that manages the boiler's operation; it is replaced when ignition fails, electronic errors appear, or the boiler stops responding to control.

How to check if ref. 036495 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 036495. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB 036495 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not turn on at all, as if it has no power.
Cause: The main PCB manages the ignition; if the fuse F1 is blown or there is a fault in the control circuit, the boiler does not start.
Measure the fuse F1 (3.15A) with a multimeter before replacing the PCB; it's a common fault and a more economical solution.
- 02
The boiler does not respond to the controls or temperature changes.
Cause: The microprocessor on the main PCB interprets the user's commands; if it fails, the controls do not work.
Perform a general reset and check that the thermostat or remote control is properly connected before attributing the fault to the PCB.
- 03
Electronic errors are appearing on the display that didn't show up before.
Cause: The main PCB generates and manages the system fault codes.
Note the exact code that appears on the screen and consult it in the boiler manual; not all electronic faults indicate that the PCB is damaged.
- 04
The boiler intermittently locks out without any clear mechanical fault (no noises, no leaks, no pressure issues).
Cause: An intermittent fault in the components of the PCB can cause random lockouts even if the rest of the installation is in order.
First, rule out the water pressure, flue gas evacuation, and gas supply; if everything is correct and the blockage persists without a pattern, the suspicion falls on the PCB.
Fault codes from Immergas that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| E04 | Lockout due to generic anomaly of the boiler control board: the microprocessor incorrectly recognises a signal from the PCB. | It is the code most directly attributable to the PCB itself: an internal fault or signal from the microprocessor on the board causes it. Check: after a reset, the lockout reappears immediately or recurrently without any peripheral component (sensors, fan) being faulty, which points to the PCB. |
| E80 | Lockout due to malfunction of the main PCB controlling the boiler. | The boiler detects an abnormal operation of the PCB itself (not of an external component). Verify: persists after Reset and after ruling out gas valve/wiring; clear indication of an internal fault in the PCB. |
| E62 | Full calibration request: the PCB lacks combustion system calibration. | It triggers after replacing the new PCB without calibration (the spare PCB arrives without air/gas parameters recorded). Verify: it appears right after installing this part; it is resolved with a full calibration from the service menu. |
| E72 | Quick calibration request: the board detects a change in parameters that requires recalibration. | It is activated when the PCB is changed (change of air/gas parameters detected by the new PCB). Verify: it occurs after the replacement of this part; it is cleared by performing the quick calibration in the service menu. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
