How to check if the reference BI2075105 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference BI2075105. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB BI2075105 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not ignite, there are no lights or sounds.
Cause: The PCB is not sending power to the system.
Check the main fuse of the installation and the thermal switch of the boiler before inspecting the PCB.
- 02
An error appears that does not go away even if you disconnect and turn it back on.
Cause: The PCB is still locked because it detects the same fault.
Note the code and check the manual to see if it refers to an external sensor before replacing the PCB.
- 03
The boiler does not respond to the thermostat or the remote control, even though heating is needed.
Cause: The PCB does not process the demand signal from the regulator.
Bypass the demand directly at the terminals of the PCB to see if it starts without the thermostat.
- 04
It turns off by itself during operation and sometimes restarts without intervention.
Cause: An intermittent fault in the electronics randomly interrupts the cycle.
Check that the connectors on the PCB are properly tightened and free of rust before replacing it.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
