Common symptoms and faults

The boiler does not turn on: neither the display nor any indicator lights up.
Cause: A fault in the internal power supply or in the microcontroller of the PCB prevents the boiler from operating.
Check the internal fuse and verify that power is reaching the PCB before replacing it.

The boiler restarts by itself or fails to turn on when other electrical appliances in the house are used.
Cause: The EMC filter on the PCB protects against electrical interference; if it deteriorates, the board may become sensitive to those spikes.
Try connecting the boiler to another socket or different circuit before considering the PCB as faulty.

The boiler ignites, but the pump or the fan do not operate when they should.
Cause: The relays that power these components are part of the circuit of the PCB.
Check if there is power to the pump and the fan at the moment they should activate, before replacing the PCB.

You press the reset button and the boiler does not respond, it remains locked.
Cause: If the microcontroller does not detect the press, the reset will have no effect.
Check that the reset button is not mechanically stuck before replacing the PCB.
