  The fuse on the PCB blows as soon as the boiler is connected.

  Cause: The fuse activates when there is a short circuit or overload in something that the PCB powers, such as the pump or the gas valve.

  Before installing a new fuse, turn off the power and disconnect the pump and the gas valve. Then, check if the fuse holds; this way you can determine if the fault is with the PCB or a component.

  The pump or the burner does not start even though the boiler is requesting heat.

  Cause: The output relay of the PCB does not close the contact that provides power to that component.

  Measure if there is power at the corresponding output when the boiler demands heat. If there isn't, the fault is in the relay.

  The boiler suddenly stops responding, without any warning or fault code on the screen.

  Cause: There is an internal fault in the PCB that interrupts the overall control of the equipment.

  Check the fuse visually or with a multimeter and verify the 230V supply before considering that the PCB is damaged.

  It works intermittently: sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesn't, with no clear pattern.

  Cause: There may be a worn relay contact or a loose solder joint inside the PCB.

  With the boiler unplugged, check that the connectors on the PCB are properly tightened; a loose contact can cause intermittent faults.
