Common symptoms and faults

The boiler does not ignite and there is no pilot light on the PCB.
Cause: The protection fuse of the PCB has blown and cuts off the power to the entire circuit.
Visually check the F1 fuse on the PCB (it is easy to see if it is blown) before replacing the entire board.

The flame ignites but fluctuates without stabilizing.
Cause: The modulation adjustment of the PCB, controlled by its adjustment trimmers, is out of calibration or the component that manages it is failing.
Measure the inlet gas pressure before touching anything on the PCB, to avoid confusing a supply issue with an electronic fault.

The boiler stops by itself after running well for a while.
Cause: The PCB interprets an out-of-range safety signal and shuts off the burner to protect the boiler.
Note how long it takes to stop and check the sensor or the corresponding pressure switch before replacing the PCB.

No command or button responds, the boiler does nothing.
Cause: The stage of the PCB that receives the ignition and temperature commands is faulty.
Check that the room thermostat and its wiring are correct before assuming that the PCB is the culprit.
