Guide

How to check if it is the part for your boiler

The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.

  1. Look for the code 14064.1190.1 and the designation FSECZ355P2 on the PCB. The circuit also includes M800109 and ECSWS355V6.
  2. Compare with the references: BI1885101 (Manaut and Biasi) and M800109. Do not confuse it with BI1305101 (Riva Compact M96E) or BI1475114 (PCB "main" of the Garda).
  3. Look at the model on the rating plate of your boiler: the Malia 28E is registered; compare the codes with another model.
  4. if they match, call us at 911 17 77 77 with your boiler model and we will reserve it for you.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms that require diagnosis on the PCB

The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The boiler does not start or ignite.

Cause: Faulty PCB, when the fuse, connections, and sensors are fine.

Check the fuse, the connections, and the sensors. If everything is in order, compare the codes on your PCB with those on this one and consult us.

  • 02

06E, 07E or 08E appears: anomaly in an NTC sensor.

Cause: Heating, domestic or outdoor NTC sensor faulty or with defective wiring.

Have a technician check the sensor and its connection.

  • 03

The boiler does not ignite and locks with fault code E01.

Cause: Flame not detected on startup: gas fault, ignition fault, or electrode fault.

Reset once. If it repeats, have a technician check it.

  • 04

The boiler locks with E11 even when the burner is off.

Cause: Flame sensor: the ionization electrode, its cable, or the plate detect flame.

Have a technician check the electrode, cable, and PCB.

  • 05

The E03 fault code reappears after resetting the boiler.

Cause: Internal fault of the PCB or wiring.

Reset and observe. If it returns, have a technician check it: wiring and then the PCB.

  • 06

The boiler is locking with E06, E07, or E08 and the temperature displayed is not reliable.

Cause: NTC sensor faulty, or with connector or cable in poor condition.

Have a technician check the connector, cable, and sensor.

  • 07

The boiler locks with E22: there is a flame even though the gas valve is closed.

Cause: Call present after closing the gas valve: fault of the PCB or the gas valve.

It is a security alarm: have a technician check it as soon as possible.

  • 08

The boiler does not ignite and the pilot indicates a burner ignition fault.

Cause: Ignition fault: it may be due to lack of gas, insufficient spark, or faulty electrodes.

Check that gas is arriving with pressure, that there is a spark, and that the electrodes are in good condition. If everything is fine, have a technician check it before replacing the PCB.

Fault codes Manaut / Biasi that require diagnosis

CodeFaultTechnical checks
01ELockout due to burner ignition fault.Press the reset button once. If it locks again, have a technician check it: it is usually the ignition or flame detection electrode, and then the gas valve.
06ENTC sensor anomaly in heating.Have a technician check the heating sensor and its connection.
07EAnomaly of the NTC sensor for domestic hot water.Have a technician check the domestic hot water sensor and its connection.
08EAnomaly of the external NTC sensor.Have a technician check the external sensor and its wiring.
E01Safety lock due to ignition failure: flame not detected at startup.Reset once. If it repeats, have a technician check: gas, electrode, ignition cable, and PCB.
E02Lockout due to activation of the safety thermostat, due to overheating.Check for water circulation and bleed the air. If it repeats, have a technician check it.
E03Generic lock: internal fault without specific detail.Reset and observe. If it returns, have a technician check it: it points to the PCB and the wiring.
E06Fault of the heating NTC sensor (flow).Have a technician check it: connector, cable, and sensor. Point to the sensor if the cable is fine.
E07Fault of the NTC sensor for domestic hot water.Have a technician check it: connector, cable, and domestic hot water sensor. Unstable hot water points to the sensor.
E08Fault of the external NTC sensor. It only affects if an external sensor is installed.Have a technician check the cable and external sensor.
E11Flame detection fault: the boiler detects flame with the burner off.Have a technician check: ionization electrode, cable, and PCB.
E12Fault of the return heating NTC sensor.Have a technician check it: connector, cable, and sensor. The return reading is not reliable.
E19Anomaly of the domestic hot water inlet sensor.Have a technician check it: connector and domestic hot water sensor.
E20Gas valve blockage due to pilot valve control hardware failure.Reset and check if it returns. If it persists, have a technician check it: it is usually the PCB.
E21Gas valve blockage due to control relay failure of the valve. It cannot be fixed in the field: have a technician check it. It points to the PCB.
E22Presence of flame after closing the gas valve. It is a security alarm: have a technician check it as soon as possible. It points to the PCB or the gas valve.
Fault code 01Burner ignition fault.Check that gas is arriving with pressure, that there is a spark, and that the electrodes are in good condition. An ignition fault is not always the PCB: have it checked by a technician. The manual for the model does not use this number: it indicates the fault with a warning light.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions about the PCB (control board)

How do I recognize the PCB 14064.1190.1?
Look for the code 14064.1190.1 and the designation FSECZ355P2 on the label; also include M800109, ECSWS355V6, and the marking Type BC 230V/50Hz. Provide "M800109 14064.1190.1" as the model of the CEZA brand card, and title it "CEZA M800109 14064.1190.1 BI1885101".
Is it compatible with my Biasi Malia 28E?
The compatibility of this variant is pending confirmation. To be confirmed: Yes. Registered: for the Malia 28E. It also mentions the Malia 24E. If your boiler is different, send us a photo of the label and the specifications plate from Contact, or call 911 17 77 77.
What is the BI1885101 and how is it related to the 14064.1190.1?
The BI1885101 is the reference that Manaut ("Reference MANAUT: BI1885101") and Biasi give to this CEZA board. They link the 14064.1190.1 to the BI1885101 (to be confirmed); and they associate it with the M800109. It indicates that it replaces the 10045083.
What other boilers are compatible with the BI1885101?
The compatibility of this variant is pending confirmation. To be confirmed: With: Biasi Roca Contract M90B.24A and M90B.28A, Biasi Riva Compact M90E, Riva Plus M90D and Garda M90F. With: Contract 3 Stelle M90.24CM/F and M90.28CM/F, Nova Parva M90.24A and Savio Biasi M94.24CM and M94.28CM.
