Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler is locking up and the burner is not igniting.
Cause: Lack of gas, dirty or improperly positioned ignition electrode, or faulty gas valve.
Reset once. If it repeats, have a technician check it.
- 02
The boiler locks out without flame just after ignition.
Cause: Ionization electrode with insertions or improperly placed, or low gas pressure.
Have a technician check: electrode and gas pressure.
- 03
After changing the PCB, the boiler requests calibration (F62) and does not start.
Cause: The AUTO SETUP calibration is missing after replacing the PCB.
Perform the AUTO SETUP calibration. If it does not calibrate, have a technician check it.
- 04
The boiler is blocked due to an internal fault in the control board (A61, A63).
Cause: Internal error of the control board or unstable power supply.
Check the ground connection and the power supply. If the issue persists, have the technician replace the control board.
- 05
The boiler stops working after resetting many times in a row (F64 or A64).
Cause: The maximum number of consecutive resets has been exceeded; it is a protection feature.
Cut the power for 60 seconds and then restore it. If it returns, have a technician check it.

| A62 | Lack of communication between the control board and the gas valve. | Check that the control board is connected to the gas valve. If the issue persists, have the technician replace the valve or check the wiring. |
| A63 | Anomaly of the control board: internal error or unstable power supply. | Check the power supply. If the issue persists, have the technician replace the control board. |
