How to check if it is the part for your boiler
The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.
- Look for the SIT code 0585104_13 on the label of the PCB and the 7530197_01 on the printed circuit board.
- Compare the reference: BI2035100 and 0585104 as the same part; the official breakdowns list BI2035 100 in the control board, without mentioning this PCB.
- Look at the suffix: «0585104 15» and none the 13; this unit is the _13 (firmware 214_18).
- Check the model on the rating plate: only the Myto Condens 24 is registered.
- If they match, call us at 911 17 77 77 with your boiler model and we will tell you if it fits.
Symptoms that require diagnosis on the PCB
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler stops responding, does not ignite, resets, or shows erratic errors on the screen.
Cause: faults that stop responding, give erratic errors or restart; that do not turn on or do not respond (faults).
- 02
The boiler stops responding to the controls.
Cause: The control PCB may be faulty.
Check the PCB visually: stuck relays, components with heat marks, or burnt traces on the printed circuit board. Have it done by a qualified technician.
- 03
The boiler locks when turned on and no flame is formed (Er01).
Cause: Ignition fault: gas, electrode, ignition cable or electronics.
Reset once. If it repeats, have a technician check it.
- 04
The boiler locks with Er03 and the lock returns after resetting.
Cause: Internal fault of the PCB or wiring. Another table shows E03 as EEPROM memory error.
Reset once; if it returns, have a technician check it (wiring and PCB).
- 05
The boiler does not ignite and shows Er01.
Cause: Flame not detected: lack of gas, faulty ignition or ionization electrode, or gas valve.
Check the gas supply and press reset once. If it appears again, have a technician check it.
- 06
The boiler locks with E01 when turned on.
Cause: No flame detected during startup.
Reset once. If it repeats, have a technician check it.
- 07
The boiler locks with E02 (safety thermostat).
Cause: Safety thermostat trip due to overheating or thermal protection.
Reset once. If it blocks again, have a technician check it.
- 08
The boiler locks up when starting.
Cause: It does not detect flame during startup.
Reset once. If it repeats, have a technician check it (gas, electrode, and wiring).
- 09
11E appears with the burner off.
Cause: The electronics detect flame when it shouldn't.
Have a technician check: ionization electrode, cable, and then the PCB.
- 10
Lockout with Er 06; the boiler measures the flow temperature incorrectly.
Cause: Faulty NTC sensor on the supply line or with a bad connector.
First, check the connector and the cable; then, the sensor. Have a technician check it.
- 11
Lockout with Er 07 (domestic hot water sensor).
Cause: Faulty or disconnected domestic hot water sensor.
Check the connector, cable, and domestic hot water sensor. Have a technician inspect it.
- 12
The boiler locks without igniting and shows E01.
Cause: Safety lock due to ignition failure.
Press the reset once. If it repeats, have a technician check it.
- 13
The display shows E06, E07, or E08 (NTC sensors).
Cause: NTC sensor faulty or no signal.
Have a technician check it.
- 14
The display shows E11 (parasitic flame).
Cause: Flame detected without the boiler having ignited it.
Have a technician check it.
- 15
The boiler locks up when turned on and shows Er01 (01E with remote control).
Cause: Ignition fault, according to the series table.
Reset once. If it repeats, have a technician check it.
- 16
The boiler locks up when turned on and shows E01.
Cause: No flame detected during startup.
Reset once. If it blocks again, have a technician check it.
- 17
The display shows E06, E07, or E08 and the temperature indicated is not reliable.
Cause: The PCB receives an incorrect reading from an NTC sensor.
Have a technician check it: verify sensors and wiring before replacing the PCB.
- 18
The display shows E05 and the fan is not working properly.
Cause: Fan control anomaly: the fan does not spin properly or does not communicate with the PCB.
Have a technician check it. Do not tamper with the flue gas evacuation on your own.
- 19
The display shows E11 with the burner off.
Cause: The electronics detect flame when it shouldn't.
Have a technician check it: the PCB and the flame system are the points to look at.
Fault codes Manaut / Biasi that require diagnosis
| Code | Fault | Technical checks |
|---|---|---|
| Er01 | Safety lockout due to ignition failure. | Reset once. If it repeats, have a technician check it (gas, electrode, ignition cable). Other guides refer to it as E01. |
| Er06 | Fault of the heating NTC sensor (flow). | Point to the sensor and its connection to the PCB. Have a technician check it. Other guides refer to it as E06. |
| Er07 | Fault of the NTC sensor for domestic hot water. | Point to the domestic hot water sensor and its connection. Have a technician check it. Other guides refer to it as E07. |
| E01 | Safety lockout due to ignition failure. | Reset once. If it repeats, have a technician check it: it points to the ignition or the flame. |
| E02 | Lockout due to safety thermostat trip. | Reset once. If it blocks again, have a technician check it. |
| E06 | Fault of the heating flow NTC sensor. | Have a technician check it: it points to the sensor or its wiring. |
| 11E | Parasitic flame: the electronics detect flame with the burner off. | It appears like this on the remote control. Have a technician check: ionization electrode, cable, and then the PCB. |
| E07 | Fault of the domestic hot water NTC sensor. | Have a technician check it. If the sensor continues to malfunction, it points to the PCB. |
| E08 | Fault of the external NTC sensor. | It only appears with an external sensor configured. Have a technician check it. |
| E09 | Fault of the flue gas NTC sensor (interruption). | Have a technician check it. It is a safety sensor for the flue. |
| E10 | Lockout due to intervention of the flue sensor. | If it repeats, have it checked by an authorized technician. |
| E11 | Flame detected when the boiler should not have one. | Have a technician check it. Focus on the flame electronics. |
| E12 | Fault of the heating return NTC sensor. | Have a technician check it: first the sensor and cable. If the issue persists, it points to the PCB. |
| E05 | Fan control anomaly. | Have a technician check it. If the fan is spinning properly and the fault code persists, the PCB is the suspect. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
