How to check if it is the part for your boiler

The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.

Look for the code 0020048284 on your PCB. Our unit is also marked with PM-02, 7364 0008 A, 0188.04.24, TL-AE, TM-AE, and IO-AE.
Compare the silkscreen, the distribution of the connectors, and the terminal markings (230 Main, 230 Rel, 24 V) with the photos of the part.
Do not confuse it with the PCB S10400 or the electronic box 0020105965 of the Isomax Condens F 35: they belong to another boiler.

Common symptoms and faults

The boiler does not ignite: the fault code F28 appears (ignition fault).
Cause: Failed ignition: it could be gas, ignition, electrode, or PCB.
Have a technician check it.

The boiler shuts down during operation and does not restart (fault code F29).
Cause: Gas cut-off, flue gas recirculation, condensates, or faulty grounding.
Have a technician check it.

The boiler does not ignite when starting and fault code F.28 appears.
Cause: Insufficient gas, condensate siphon blocked or failed ignition.
Have a technician check the gas, the siphon, and the electrode. Do not touch the gas valve.

The flame goes out during operation and the boiler tries to ignite several times.
Cause: Dirty ionization electrode, flue gas recirculation or gas cut-off.
Have a technician check the electrode, the flue gases, and the gas supply.

Fault codes F.00, F.01, F.10 or F.11 appear on the screen.
Cause: Loose sensor connector, interrupted wiring harness, or faulty NTC sensor.
Have a technician check the connectors first and then the sensor.

The water heater does not ignite and shows F28.
Cause: Ignition failure: lack of gas or faulty connector or circuit on the PCB.
Check that there is gas and that the shut-off valve is open. If F28 returns, have it checked by an authorized technician.

F61	Gas valve activation fault.	Have a technician check it: it could be the wiring of the gas valve, its coils, or the electronics.
F62	The gas valve does not close in time after the flame goes out.	Have a technician check it: the gas valve or the PCB are the suspects.
F.10	Short circuit in the supply temperature sensor (inlet).	Have a technician check the sensor and the wiring harness. Only point to the PCB if the sensor and wiring are fine.
F.11	Short circuit in the return temperature sensor.	Have a technician check the sensor and the wiring harness. Only point to the PCB if the sensor and wiring are fine.

According to those lists, no. In the spare parts list hosted, the Isomax Condens F 35 E (before 2010) has the main PCB S10400, while the Condens F 35 (2010-2015) only appears with the electronic box 0020105965. Neither of the two lists shows 0020048284.

What do PM-02, 7364 0008 A and the others marked mean? Is there another equivalent reference?

0020048284 is the Saunier Duval reference; PM-02 is the V-Group designation marked on the plate. 7364 0008 A, 0188.04.24, and TL-AE, TM-AE, IO-AE are also marked, but without additional confirmation, it explains them. It only provides the equivalence "0020048284=0020023308": this is not enough to consider it valid.
