Honeywell air and flue pressure switch Ref. C6065AH1020 · Hermann 049001529
The Honeywell air and flue pressure switch Ref. C6065AH1020 checks the pressure and allows the boiler to operate. If this part fails, you will notice that the boiler does not start or gets locked out, even if the pressure is correct. It is compatible with several boilers from the Hermann brand, among others. It is recommended to replace it when you start experiencing these symptoms of malfunction.

Consult via WhatsAppHow to check if ref. C6065AH1020 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference C6065AH1020. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the pressure switch C6065AH1020 resolves.
The pressure switch controls the air or water pressure to authorize operation. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not start or stops immediately after trying, without giving time for the flame to appear.
Cause: The microswitch does not change position when it reaches the set pressure, and the control unit interprets that there is not enough draft, so it cuts off the ignition.
With the boiler off, disconnect the pressure switch connector and use a multimeter to check for continuity to see if the microswitch activates when blowing through the intake tube.
- 02
A click is heard or nothing is heard when starting the extractor, and the boiler remains locked.
Cause: The microswitch is a mechanical contact NC/NO/C: if the spring or diaphragm is seized, it does not change state even if pressure is applied.
Check that the connection pipes are not cracked or loose, as this is the most common cause before the microswitch itself fails.
- 03
The fault appears intermittently; sometimes it turns on and other times it locks without changing anything.
Cause: A microswitch with worn contacts may close intermittently before it stops switching altogether.
Note if the fault coincides with a dirty fan or one that is spinning slower than normal, as this can also prevent the pressure from reaching the set point.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
