Guide

How to check if reference 97505023 is the part for your boiler

The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.

Check the label on the pump: it should say type UPO 15-60 and P/N 97505023. This unit also marks BAXI, GF SHH, and code PC 1307BX.
Compare the marked data: 230 V · 50 Hz, 0.32 A, 75 W and capacitor of 2.5 µF.
Do not confuse it with other 15-60 pumps from Baxi or Grundfos with different codes (710158600, 770477600) or with the UPMO 15-60 from Grundfos.
Check on the PCB of your boiler that it is a Neodens Plus 24/24F or a Platinum Compact 24/24F, the two that have been confirmed.
If they match, call us at 911 17 77 77 with the model of your boiler.

Common symptoms and faults

01
Strange noises or strong vibrations when starting the heating system
Cause: Fault signal of faulty pump according to the technical sheet of 125158600.
02
Blocked rotor after a long stop, for example after the summer.
Cause: It is mentioned in the same technical sheet. A technician must check if the rotor is spinning.
03
Small water leaks in the pump body
Cause: It is mentioned in the same technical sheet. Check the body and the unions of the pump.
04
Fault codes of the boiler due to lack of circulation or overheating
Cause: It is mentioned in the same technical sheet, without providing the code.
05
The boiler locks out due to excessive temperature (E110).
Cause: Safety thermostat activated due to overheating. This may be due to a blocked pump or air in the circuit.
Open the radiator valves and bleed them. If it happens again, have a technician check it.
06
The boiler locks out due to low water pressure.
Cause: Insufficient water pressure in the circuit, due to a leak or lack of filling.
Fill to 1-1.5 bar. If it happens again, have a technician check it.
07
The boiler stops because the water is not circulating (E125 or E25/E26).
Cause: Insufficient water circulation: air, pump, or filters.
Bleed the radiators and have a technician check the pump and the filters.

Code	Fault	Technical checks
E110	Safety thermostat activated due to excessive temperature in the boiler.	Open the radiator valves and bleed the air. If it happens again, have a technician check it, as there may be a blocked pump.
E119	Hydraulic pressure switch: incorrect water pressure in the circuit.	Check the circuit pressure with the installation cold. If it persists, have a technician check it.
