The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

The radiators do not heat up even though the boiler turns on.
Cause: Check that the circuit switches are open and test the 3 speeds.

Buzzing or vibration in the pump.
Cause: Bleed the air from the radiators and boiler. If it continues, the pump may be worn out.

The rotor gets stuck after the summer.
Cause: The shaft may become stuck after a long period of disuse.

Water leaks in the pump body.
Cause: Check the seals and connection nuts.

The boiler locks out due to lack of circulation.
Cause: Check the pressure of the circuit and that the pump is receiving voltage.

The pump does not rotate after the summer.
Cause: The shaft may become stuck after a long period of disuse.
Check that the pump is receiving voltage and if it hums without spinning.

The boiler shows fault code 03.
Cause: Lack of pressure in the heating circuit.
Fill the circuit with the filling key until the pressure indicated on the manometer and bleed. If the pressure drops again, have a technician check it.

The boiler locks out due to overheating when starting, especially after filling the system.
Cause: Air pockets in the heating circuit.
Bleed the air from the system with the bleeder open. If it happens again, have a technician check it.

14	Overtemperature Clixon open, with flame: reset the boiler.	Reset once. If the fault code returns, check the water circulation and air in the installation; have a technician review it.
