Guide

How to check if it is the part for your boiler

The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.

  1. Look for the label with the setting and marking on the red cap of your current gas valve. This unit shows 3 bar and CE 1115 (also written as CE1115, CE-1115, or CE.1115).
  2. Check that the setting of your gas valve is the same: 3 bar. The CE1115 code does not indicate it; read it on the cap.
  3. Compare the shape: printed arrow on the cap, molded arrow on the body, a cylindrical connection with an O-ring and another with a female thread.
  4. Measure the thread and connection of your gas valve. The code does not specify them, and other 3 bar valves with a different code may have different connections.
  5. Any questions? Call 911 17 77 77 or send us a photo of your gas valve label and the boiler's specification plate.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms that require diagnosis in the safety valve

The safety valve releases pressure when the circuit exceeds its setting. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The pressure relief valve does not close.

Cause: The gas valve is faulty and does not close. In that case, the solution is to replace it.

A qualified technician should check the gas valve. If it does not close, it needs to be replaced with another one that has the same setting as the current one (this unit is 3 bar), the same thread, and the same connection. If it frequently discharges, the technician should first check the cause.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.

Before purchasing
  • Do not confuse with N57G007M2: Fagor safety valve of 3 bar and 1/2” thread with another code. Do not consider it equivalent without comparing the thread and connection with those of your valve.
  • Do not confuse with KRAMER 1115: 3 bar safety valve Kramer marked 1115 or CE 1115. It is from another brand: compare setting, thread, and connection before considering it equivalent.
  • Do not confuse with CE1115: It is also the code for other products that are not safety valves. Do not search for the part solely by the code: compare setting, thread, and connection.
Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions about the safety valve

What does CE1115 mean on this safety valve?
The CE symbol and the number 1115 are printed on the label of the cap, next to the setting. It is a marking of the valve, not a spare part reference. It does not indicate the boiler, the thread, or the setting: the same marking is used on valves from other manufacturers with different connections, and CE1115 is also the code for other products that are not safety valves. Look for the part by the setting, the thread, and the connection, not just by the code.
How do I identify this gas valve?
Look for the label with the setting (3 bar) and the CE marking 1115 on the red cap. It has an arrow printed on the cap and another molded on the body, a cylindrical connection with an O-ring and another with a female thread. Compare it with your current valve and measure the thread: the code does not indicate it.
Is it suitable for my Fagor boiler?
Contact us before making a purchase. Call 911 17 77 77 or send us a photo of the label of your gas valve and the specification plate of the boiler, and we will confirm if it is suitable for you.
Is it the same as the Fagor N57G007M2 valve?
We cannot confirm that. N57G007M2 is another reference for a Fagor safety valve of 3 bar with a 1/2” thread, and the label on this unit does not carry that code. Compare the thread and the connection with those of your valve before considering them equivalent.
What does the "3 bar" marked on the valve indicate?
It is the set pressure: the pressure at which the valve opens and discharges. It is not the cold filling pressure of the boiler. The set pressure alone is not enough to choose the spare part: also compare the thread and the connection.
Is it sold tested and with a warranty?
Yes. It is sold refurbished, tested, and with a 1-year warranty.
Who should install this gas valve?
A qualified technician. It is a safety element and its installation affects a circuit with pressurized water. If yours discharges frequently, have the technician check the cause first.
