Fault codes related to this part (not the entire boiler). They usually have more possible causes: first rule out electrodes, wiring/connections, and gas supply. Verified with ≥3 sources.

CodeWhat does it mean?Cause and diagnosis (this part)
F.32Fan faultThe extractor fan does not rotate or does not deliver an rpm signal (Hall sensor), so the electronics detect a fan fault. Verify 230 V/24 V power supply to the motor, connector/harness, and tachometer signal by executing P.0/diagnostic.
F.33The pressure capsule does not turn onThe air pressure switch does not close because the fan does not generate enough depression (spins weakly/blocked). Check the fan start-up (P.0), continuity of tubes to Venturi/pressure switch, and that the pressure switch closes with the fan running.
F.37Divergence of the number of revolutions during operationThe actual fan speed deviates from the setpoint (too high/low) due to a fault in the fan itself or its Hall sensor. Check the rpm reading in diagnostics and inspect the fan, wiring, and possible obstructions in the air/flue circuit.
How do I know if this extractor/fan is the one for my boiler?
Verify the reference 0020073800 printed and ensure your model is on the list of compatible ones; also compare the connections with the original part. It is an EBM Papst part.
What is it used for?
The extractor/fan evacuates the combustion gases (forced draught).
Does it not start due to a draught fault, make noise, or not spin?
Seized, noisy, or unpowered fan.
Which models is it suitable for?
Part shared by various models (see Compatibility). If your model does not appear, send us a photo of the marking and we will confirm it.
Installation and recommendations
Check the connector, the 230 V power supply, and free rotation.
What does refurbished mean and what coverage does it have?
