  The boiler does not ignite, it doesn't even spark when heat is requested.

  Cause: The ignition module is responsible for generating the spark; if it fails, the burner never starts.

  Check that power is reaching the ignition electrodes and that the module cable is not loose or damaged before replacing the entire PCB.

• 02

  The boiler locks out right when trying to start, almost without giving you time to see it.

  Cause: A blown 6.3A fuse cuts off the power to the ignition circuit, and the PCB locks for safety.

  Before replacing the PCB, measure the 6.3A fuse with a multimeter; if it's blown, replace it first and test again.

  The boiler is completely dead, with no indicators or display.

  Cause: If the fuse on the PCB has blown or the electronic control has completely failed, no power reaches any circuit.

  Check the main fuse of the installation and the home's circuit breaker before assuming that the fault is in the boiler's PCB.

  The boiler sometimes turns on and other times it locks out without any apparent reason.

  Cause: An intermittent fault in the ignition module or in the control circuit causes irregular starts.

  Note if the fault always occurs when cold or also when hot: it helps to distinguish a PCB problem from a pressure switch or sensor issue.
