The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.
- Look for 0310144400N14 printed on the PCB (sometimes on a side sticker) and the designation SYMSI7.0.
- Compare the number and position of relays and connectors: under the same code, there are different versions.
- Do not confuse it with 0310144400R18, S19, L12 or 0310144400015: they are different codes. Sell the 015 for the ThemaClassic F 25 E with three relays in 2 + 1; Not confirmed: if it is the same circuit.
- Compare the silkscreen code: 06V0-A also appears in the R18, and we have no marking data for S19, L12, and 0310144400015.
- Check the model on the rating plate: Themaclassic F25 E, Themaclassic C25 E, Themafast F25 E H-MOD, and Themafast C 25 E are confirmed.

Symptoms that require diagnosis on the PCB
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not ignite or respond to any commands.
Cause: A technical sheet associated with this PCB. First, check the 230 V.
- 02
Erratic errors on the screen, restarts in the middle of a cycle, stuck relays or burnt tracks.
Cause: According to reports, erratic faults may occur without any real physical cause; stuck relays and burnt tracks may happen "on occasion."

The boiler does not ignite or turns off during operation and does not ignite again (fault codes F28 or F29).
Cause: Ignition fault: it may be due to lack of gas, gas meter, ignition or PCB.
Put the boiler out of service, wait 5 seconds, and then restart it. If the issue persists, have it checked by the official SAT.
- 04
The red pilot light is flashing and a fault code F followed by a number appears on the screen: the boiler stops due to an anomaly.
Cause: The PCB has detected an anomaly. The number indicates which one: ignition, flue, sensors, or circulation.
Reset it: turn off the boiler, wait 5 seconds, and turn it back on. If the fault persists, have it checked by the official technical service.

The boiler does not ignite the burner, with the fault code F.28.
Cause: Gas, electrodes, gas pressure or polarity.
Have a technician check it. Do not attempt to touch the gas valve.

The boiler detects flame with the burner off: warning F.27.
Cause: Moisture on the electrode, or gas valve that does not close.
It is a security fault. Have a technician check it immediately.

The boiler is locking out with the fault code F.61, related to the gas valve.
Cause: Fault in the gas valve control.
Have a technician check it: it may be necessary to replace the PCB.
