ALL 02Low water pressure detected by the transducer (<0.5 bar).If the pressure sensor/transducer sends an incorrect signal (e.g., drop to 0 V, drift, or short circuit), the PCB interprets pressure <0.5 bar and triggers ALL 02; verify by comparing the reading on the display/diagnosis with an external manometer and measuring the power supply ~5 VDC and TPA signal (~0.5–4.5 V).
ALL 03High water pressure detected by the transducer (>2.8 bar; in some models 4.8 bar).A miscalibrated/faulty pressure sensor can report excessive pressure and trigger ALL 03 even if the circuit is at 1–1.5 bar; check with an external manometer and compare with the value shown by the boiler or the diagnostic menu, in addition to measuring the TPA signal and its 5 VDC supply.
