Cause: The rotor may be seized after a long stop.
Have it checked by a qualified technician.

Leak in the pump or its connections.
Cause: Damaged seals or leak in the pump body.
Check the seals of the connections. If the leak is coming from the body of the pump, it needs to be replaced.
