How to check if the part R10021792 is the one for your boiler.
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference R10021792. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the circulator pump R10021792 resolves.
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The pump does not start or does not rotate when requesting heating.
Cause: The impeller may be stuck due to limescale, especially if the pump has been inactive for a long time.
With the boiler cold, try to unlock the shaft by turning it by hand using the front screw before replacing the pump.
- 02
There is noise or vibration during operation, louder than usual.
Cause: Air in the circuit or low water pressure can cause cavitation in the pump, which generates that characteristic noise.
Bleed the radiators and check the pressure on the manometer before considering that the pump is faulty.
- 03
Water is dripping from the body or from the shaft of the pump.
Cause: The shaft seal is losing tightness due to wear and allows water to escape gradually.
Dry the area and observe exactly where the water is coming from before replacing the pump, to rule out a nearby gasket.
- 04
The heating heats little or unevenly, as if there is a lack of pressure in the circuit.
Cause: If the pump does not move the adequate flow, the hot water does not circulate with enough force through all the radiators.
Check the pressure of the system on the manometer and make sure there are no closed radiators before attributing it to the pump.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
