Cause: The circulator is not pushing water to the circuit, so the heat is not coming out of the heat exchanger.
Check if the pump speed selector is in a middle or loose position: set it to maximum before considering the pump faulty.

The pump does not start even though it is receiving power.
Cause: The rotor may be stuck, which is common if the boiler has not been used for heating for months.
With the boiler turned off, try turning the shaft with the front unlocking screw before replacing the part.

Noticeable noise or vibration when starting the pump.
Cause: It could be due to air in the circuit or cavitation caused by low pressure in the system.
Check the pressure gauge of the boiler and bleed the circuit before concluding that the pump is damaged.

Cause: The mechanical seal of the shaft has worn out and has lost its tightness.
