It is compatible with models such as FEB-20E, FEB-20E/1, FE-20E, FE-20E/1, CE-20E, and CE-20E/1. It is recommended to replace the pump when these symptoms occur to avoid further issues.

How to check if ref. N47G000M1 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference N47G000M1. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the circulation pump N47G000M1 resolves.
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler is working but heats less than normal, or does not heat at all.
Cause: The pump is not circulating the water properly.
Change the speed on the pump selector: if it improves in another position, the problem may be electrical.
- 02
The radiators are cold even though the boiler seems to be on.
Cause: The circulator is not pushing the hot water.
Check if the pump makes noise without turning: it could be a blocked rotor.
- 03
Noise when changing speed on the pump.
Cause: There may be air in the circuit or the rotor is worn in that position.
Bleed the circuit and test the three speeds separately before considering that the pump is faulty.
- 04
The pump does not start after a period of not using the heating.
Cause: The rotor can become stuck if it is not used for a long time.
Look for the manual release screw on the front and check if the shaft turns with a screwdriver before replacing it.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
